WELCOME

The Creativity Award is a programme of visits and workshops from a professional artist who provides the tools to give primary school teachers and their students the joy of making things.

Creativity is a life skill.  We provide a collection of exercises and games that promote creativity, wellbeing and resilience for students and give teachers an additional skill to help them generate engagement.

The process is a method of thought and planning used by professional creatives from the Arts and sciences.  A process that is positive and fun that can help teachers bring energy and focus to their subjects

Plan it.  Make it.

Do More.  Do Better.

EVERYBODY WINS

Last year we had hundreds of pictures, stories, poems, Lego builds, songs, cakes, crafts, dances, raps and sketches.  We had entrepreneur’s selling home made jewellery.  Our Treasure Chest Fund covered the cost of a professionally printed booklet which the children sold and made a profit from!  The fun we can have is endless.  Take a look at the 2022 Awards and see what they got up to.

WANT TO KNOW MORE?

The Creative Award is expanding.  We’re looking for 7 schools in the East Lindsey district to work with in the academic year 23/24. Our intention is to refine our process and make it available to all those who are interested. If you think your school would benefit get in touch.

In the meantime take a look around the website where you’ll find more information.
